Giwox Red Diaper Bag/Backpack

Good morning everyone!! Hope you all had a great weekend. I was able to enjoy a beautiful sunny day at the park with my little one. Is it just me or is time just flying by? I can’t believe how fast time is going. My little guy is going to be 15 months tomorrow. (ahh!) But I digress lol.

IMG_1408 (1)I was lucky enough to be able to try out the Giwox Diaper Bag/Backpack. I have been wanting a backpack of some sort to carry all of my little guy’s stuff for some time now. I had a diaper bag already but as beautiful as it is, it is heavy on its own and is really heavy and bulky once I pack it with every possible thing my little guy could ever need (I know it’s unnecessary but it makes me feel more in control of possible meltdowns lol). I figured a backpack would be more comfortable and easier to carry for longer periods of time without causing shoulder and neck pain. I WAS SO RIGHT!

I am super happy to have the Giwox Red Diaper Bag/Backpack. I have had it for a week now and I have used it consistently since I received it. It fits everything that I had in my other diaper bag. I feel like it is more organized in this bag and easier to access than before. And for the best part, it can be carried as a regular bag, a shoulder bag, AND a backpack. I have been using it as a backpack the entire time. It feels much lighter this way and I am left with no pain by the end of the day. The bag is also really cute and made of an easy to wipe clean material.

Th Giwox Diaper Bag/Backpack comes in 3 colors (white, red, and navy) with polka dot patterns. It took me forever to choose which color I wanted because I kept going back and forth between them. I believe they vary slightly in dimensions so that is something to consider (or at least what I used as a tie breaker lol). The bag has 14 pockets which makes organization easy. It has an insulated pocket for baby food on the side and a baby wipe pocket on the opposite side. It comes with buckles, a changing mat, and a storage pouch.

My favorite things about this bag are that it can be carried as a backpack and the baby wipes pocket as well as other pockets making it easier for storing things neatly.

What I would change about this bag would be to have a slightly bigger insulated pouch on the side so that sippy cups and different sized baby foods could fit easily. ( I was only able to fit pouch foods in there and some spoons.) Also I would have the storage pouch have a zipper tab like the Giwox Diaper Bag because it is sturdier. (I was trying to cram a lot of stuff in the storage bag because I wanted my stuff separate and easy to access and while closing it or attempting to, the end of the zipper tab broke off. :( I know that it broke because of how much I had shoved in there but I wanted to point it out so that if anyone else is like me, you won’t do what I did lol)

Overall this is a really great bag made of durable and easy to clean material, good amount of pockets and space, and easy to take with you anywhere you go. I think it was great that they added the extra touches that make it really unique (insulated pocket, baby wipe pocket, multiple ways to carry it.)

Natracure Arthritis Mittens

Hey everyone!,

It’s been such a crazy month! Some of you know that between the constant snow we have been having here and colds being passed around left and right, I have been very busy. I once again would like to thank all of my subscribers for being so understanding and supportive! XO Now down to business.

I received Natracure’s Cold Therapy Socks first and fell in love with them! I’ll link my review of them down below. I was then given the opportunity to try out their Arthritis Mittens because they were kind enough to send me them for free for my honest review.

I will start off by saying that I do not have arthritis so as to whether it alleviates arthritis pain, I cannot say. I can say, however, that they are just as well made and comfortable as their Cold Therapy Socks.

Natracure Arthritis Mittens

Natracure Arthritis Mittens

The Natracure Arthritis Mittens are made of a soft fabric with polymer gel lining covering the inside layer where your hands go. They also have soft beads inside the mittens. The mittens can be used cold or hot which is great. A really neat feature is that the starburst designs on the mittens turn red when the mittens are hot to show you to use them with caution and remain blue when mittens are cool. I think this is really great. They also have a light pleasant scent.

I love that the inner gel lining really helps to moisturize my hands while the bead sections feel really nice. I use the mittens cool to help me relax (in conjunction with the Cold Therapy Socks). I like to use the mittens warm when my hands are feeling cramped, tired, or just cold. I have also lotioned my hands and then put the mittens on to really help the lotion seep in and hydrate my skin. This is just something I decided to do and worked for me.

I really love Natracure’s Arthritis Mittens. I think that their products are really well made, great quality items. I think these are a great addition to a relaxation/spa treatment routine.

I would definitely recommend these to everyone. Check them out on their website Natracure.com

The Arthritis Mittens are currently priced at $24.99

If you have tried any of their products that you would recommend me trying or any of your favorite relaxation items please comment down below. Thanks! XO

Natracure Cold Therapy Socks Review

IMG_2253

I have to start with stating that these socks arrived at the perfect time. I have been having a stressful few weeks and these socks have helped me relax and unwind. At first glance, they look like pampering spa treatment socks and instantly make me feel like I am pampering myself. The Natracure cold therapy socks are super comfortable and soft.

The socks come with a full gel pack on the bottom of each and half sized gel pack on the top portion of each sock. The gel inserts can be removed. The socks themselves are soft and stretchy. I love that the cold therapy socks can be worn cold or heated up (heated in the microwave for 10 seconds each side- the socks come with instructions so no worries :) .) I enjoy wearing them cold when my feet are sore and hot from a long day. The socks really cool my feet off while relaxing me. Today I heated them up and they gently warmed up my cold aching feet. These are a great addition to a pampering routine or great for unwinding after a long day. They also claim to help with inflammation and swelling (I didn’t have either so I can’t confirm or deny it) I can say that they helped with soreness in my feet as well as hot feet. My only complaint is that I wish the gel packs stayed warm for a longer period of time but then again if that were the case I would probably live in the socks lol.

I wore these numerous times( for research purposes of course lol), sometimes cold sometimes hot and I have to say I really have enjoyed the Natracure Cold Therapy Socks. I think they are great for everyone.

The socks are washable and reusable. The socks sell for $19.99 on the Natracure website: natracure.com

They have a 60 day Money Back Guarantee which I think is really great, although I don’t think you’ll need it after trying them :). Check them out.

Disclaimer: Natracure sent me a complimentary pair of their Cold Therapy Socks for review. All opinions and reviews, as always, are my own and always 100% honest. I have nothing to gain from lying to you guys and never would :). As always thank you for your continued support of my blog. Love you guys! XO

My Thoughts on Graze Subscription Box

IMG_8581

As a mommy to a 8 month old little guy, I am always on the look out for healthy easy snacks to take with me on the go. When you have a little one, you don’t have much time to yourself or to make something healthy and satisfying. I saw an ad for Graze online and decided to check it out.

Graze is a monthly subscription with the ability to cancel at any time. Graze has a variety of snacks which do Not contain GMOs, No artificial colors/flavors, No high fructose corn syrup, No trans fats. This definitely peaked my interest. Looking at all of the snacks made me feel like I would be receiving delicious healthy snacks that I wouldn’t feel guilty about eating. Each snack is picked by Graze for you based on how you rate the snacks you receive. This subscription isn’t a good fit for someone with nut allergies because from what I saw several of their snacks contain nuts and I believe they are all packaged in the same place. If you have any allergies, I would suggest checking their site before ordering.

They have a few options of packages to choose from: Each 4 snack variety box costs just $6.99, including delivery; Each 8 snack variety box costs just $11.99 including delivery; Each sharing box, containing 5 sharing bags (about 20 servings), costs $25, including delivery.

I received a 4 snack variety box to test out. My box contained a Deconstructed Carrot Cake; Caramel Apple slices; NY Everything Bagel sticks; and Twist of Black Pepper Popcorn.

The deconstructed carrot cake contains carrot chews, cinnamon flavored raisins, walnuts, and ginger fudge. I loved this snack. It tasted exactly like a carrot cake when you combined all of the components. It was such a fun snack to try with my family.

The caramel apple snack was a dipper snack with caramel sauce and dried granny smith apple slices. This definitely tasted like a caramel apple. My little guy loved sucking on the apple slice pieces. I had to share it with him :)

IMG_8584

The NY everything bagel sticks are poppy seed onion sesame sticks. Those were my favorite. They are crunchy and taste like an everything bagel. Love them!

Graze everything bagel sticks

The twist of black pepper popcorn was really good. It was popcorn with black pepper and it tasted slightly spicy because of the pepper. I was surprised to like it, but I actually like it better than traditional popcorn.

Graze popping corn

I have to say I really loved the snacks that Graze picked out for me to try. They are all delicious and satisfying. They are a good single serve size for a snack. I liked having them in my diaper bag for when I was out and about and got hungry.  I loved the packaging and quality. Such a fun box. I would definitely recommend Graze to anyone looking for a healthy tasty snack delivered right to your door. Keep in mind these snacks are single serve sizes. I would like to thank Graze for sending these samples to me for me to try out. I loved them!

If you have a subscription box that you are loving please let me know in the comments down below. XO :)

My Naturebox Review: 5 Snacks

IMG_1488_edit

As a mommy I am always looking for healthy, tasty, and cost effective snacks for my family. I saw the ad for Naturebox on Facebook and couldn’t resist trying it. They were advertising the first box being free and cancellation at any time if unsatisfied. There was nothing to lose in my opinion.

The Naturebox of 5 snacks normally costs $19.95 per month. You can change the frequency in which you have it delivered and you can also choose a smaller box with 3 snacks. On their website you create an account and can choose which snacks you want to try. The more snacks you choose the better the chance of receiving only items you want to try in the event that something is out of stock.

I chose 5 snacks: Asiago and Cheddar Cheese Crisps, Honey Dijon Pretzels, Cheddar and Onion Sunflower Kernels, Pistachio Power Clusters, and Peanut Butter Nom Noms.

The box arrived a couple of days sooner than it said it would which was a pleasant surprise. I received my top 5 choices which was great. The packaging is inviting and the bags with the snacks are resealable which is convenient.

naturebox asiago and cheddar crisps

1. Asiago and Cheddar Cheese Crisps- These came in a 3.5 oz bag, a good amount of them in the bag. They are crunchy and cheesy. They taste healthy and delicious. To me they tasted similar to gold fish crackers and cheese-its but crispier and more natural tasting. I prefer these. If you like gold fish crackers and cheese-its you will really love these.

naturebox honey dijon pretzels

2. Honey Dijon Pretzels- These came in a 5 oz bag, a nice amount of them in the bag. They tasted exactly like the honey dijon pretzels i’m used to buying at the supermarket. I must say the pretzel nuggets are slightly bigger and they aren’t as heavily coated with seasoning, which I was happy about. They are very good. If you like honey dijon pretzels you will love these.

naturebox cheddar and onion sunflower kernels

3. Cheddar and Onion Sunflower Kernels- These came in a 5 oz bag, nice almost full bag. These tasted good but the seasoning/flavor was light and hard to tell that it was cheddar and onion. These tasted really good just not what I expected when you think cheddar and onion. I expected a stronger flavor.

naturebox pistachio power clusters

4. Pistachio Power Clusters- These came in a 3 oz bag, a decent amount in the bag. These are my favorite! They are so delicious and addicting. They are nut squares with almonds, cashews, and pistachios. I wish there were more in the bag because I can’t get enough of these. They are healthy and satisfying.

naturebox peanut butter nom noms

5. Peanut Butter Nom Noms- These came in a 3.7 oz bag, only 5 cookies in the bag. These are mini peanut butter oat cookies. They remind me very much chewy granola/oatmeal cookies. They are very good as well and each is a nice hefty weight and are filling. I just wish there were more in the bag.

I must say I was very pleased with my box. Everything was delicious and satisfying. The Pistachio Power Clusters were my favorites with the Asiago and Cheddar Cheese Crisps being my second favorite. I would say my least favorite were the Cheddar and Onion Sunflower Kernels not because they weren’t good, they definitely were, but because the flavor was lighter than I would have liked.

I definitely recommend Naturebox to anyone who is looking for healthy snacks and variety delivered right to your door. I have to say, however, that if you are a family on a budget $19.95/month for the 5 bags might be on the pricey side especially since the bags aren’t very big. They do offer to skip months or change the frequency which could definitely help. XO
